With over two decades of experience in clinical and occupational rehabilitation, Sheb Giner has dedicated her career to guiding individuals on their wellness journeys. As an accredited Sports Scientist, Soft Tissue Therapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Strategic Psychotherapist, and Sound Bath Therapist, Sheb integrates a multifaceted approach to health and well-being.
Her philosophy centres on the belief that “prevention is better than cure” and that true health encompasses both the mind and body. Drawing from her background in sports science and her practice in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, where she holds a brown belt, Sheb emphasises resilience, adaptability, and inner strength.
