The general overview of the program will cover important topics that focus on the following:
physical movement, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, positive psychology, practical skills for reducing stress, confidently facing challenges and how to overcome them.

Option one:
Select from one hour of power educational live webinar or onsite services that cover the importance of self care leading to greater resilience and better health.  Evidence base strategies that can be used as an early intervention tool for employee mental health, and promote employee growth in a positive environment. One day team building day workshop up to 6 hours (delivered face to face).
