MOVEMENT AND MINDFULNESS PROGRAM

The general overview of the program will cover important topics that focus on the following:
physical movement, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, positive psychology, practical skills for reducing stress, confidently facing challenges and how to overcome them.

     How it works

Option one:
Select from one hour of power educational webinar that cover the importance of self care leading to greater resilience and better health.  Evidence base strategies that can be used as an early intervention tool for employee mental health prevention, promote employee growth in a positive environment. Employees feel supported and part of a major contributor to the business regardless of what position they undertake.

Option two:
One day team building day workshop up to 6 hours (delivered face to face).
The aim is to implement fun and empowering environment the encompass experiential learning that range from the following:

  • Short problem solving - tools for focusing on the solutions rather than the problem.
  • Develop skills and knowledge with regards to resilience - the keys to developing strong mental toughness and better able to manage thoughts, feelings and emotions.
  • Improve motivation - tapping into the mindset of a champion.
  • Increased collaboration - by creating activities that individuals enjoy and can experience as a group, employees can build relationships that build a positive working environment.
  • Encourage creativity - provides the opportunity to give employees permission to use their imagination to come up with creative solutions to a given situation.
  • Improved Communication - a powerful way to develop collaboration and trust between colleagues.
