Delivered face to face, online or a combination of both, 12 - week training program that teaches the principles of mindfulness practice, thinking into results and emotional intelligence in the workplace. The strategies offered can be used as an early intervention tool for employee mental wellness by promoting employee growth in a positive work culture. Employees feel supported and part of a major contributor to the business regardless of what position they undertake. This program is easy to follow, simple and effective as it will help the team realign their well-being on a physical, mental and emotional level.

The primary focus is to build and increase mental resilience and team collaboration so that each employee begins to learn how to change the way they think and act, thereby creating an increase in efficiency and productivity of each employee.

12-Week behavioural science and positive psychology training program that teaches the principles of mindfulness practice, thinking into results, and emotional intelligence in the workplace. The strategies offered can be used as an early intervention tool for mental health injury prevention and increase in resilience.


Allow leaders to take a Brain Break & explore the benefits of what it feels like tapping into their own inner greatness.  Sessions are integrated with body movement and clearing the mind. Sessions can be centred around:

    Session One: Regulating Attention Through Mindful Breathing.
    Benefits: Setting the scene for creating a healthy mind and healthy body. Explains how the mind and body is interrelated and how any disturbance in the mind can cause harm on the body. Employees are motivated to see themselves in a healthy state and to see themselves as part of something bigger. Empowering employees to become the best version of themselves.

    Session Two: Knowing and Doing Gap
    Benefits: Most training provides employees information on how to do their job, but it seldom results in better results because their belief system keeps them from acting on what they know. Session two helps employees implement what they already know and changes their behaviour to close the gap between what they know and what they actually do

    Session Four: Secret to Peak Performance.                                                                                     Benefits: Given 95% of our behaviours are due to habitual behaviours, this session teaches employees how the mind works and introduces the conscious mind and subconscious mind. Employees take a close look at their daily habitual behaviours to learn how they can become more productive. As a result, team performance is improved through increased productivity of each individual. Individuals and teams can break from past results and habitual behaviours. Productivity and efficiency increases as employees and teams work better together towards a common goal.
